Thanksgiving in March!

With the weather taking a wacky turn up here in Central Pennsylvania, we decided to unthaw our Forks Farm turkey and celebrate Thanksgiving in March!

Happy {early} St. Patrick's Day!! To celebrate a little bit of the luck of the Irish in the kitchen, we whipped up a batch of boozey inspired cupcakes. With a little bit of beer and splash of Bailey's, this is the perfect St Paddy's Day potluck dessert. These are seriously good.
