Eating adventures are my thing! A little trip to Federal Donuts in Philadelphia.

Former non-profit exec turned carameltier. I spend my days creating creamy, homemade, hand wrapped caramels, while being gentle on our environment.

I'm a Minnesota native who spent my 20’s in New York City, where my passion for food blossomed and soon became an integral part of my life. My appreciation and respect for food fueled my search for the best possible ingredients and motivated me to further develop my cooking skills, however, it is the memory of my love for old-fashioned candy that continues to inspire me today!

Our journey as a company began on Etsy. After listing our first item in May of 2010, I quickly found us featured on the old Etsy Blog {Storque}. This mention brought my company some of our very first customers, many of whom are our best customers today - nearly 2 years later!

Since our first day on Etsy, we have launched six flavors of caramel, hired one apprentice, and provided thousands of people with delicious sweet and savory treats carefully crafted out of love.

Each company has a story - and ours continues to evolve. We pledge to stand by our commitment to environmental responsibility and to work hard to deliver the highest quality caramel with exceptional customer service.

I'm thrilled to bring together my love of caramel while simultaneously developing a company that never takes a customer for granted. From offering a variety of flavors to working with brides and creating the perfect customized packaging, I rely upon my former nonprofit executive skills in my role as Chief Caramel Girl to create a sweeter business.
